At Jind Haveli, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer you flexibility while ensuring a smooth operational process on our end. We aim to accommodate your needs with fairness and understanding.
Room Reservation Cancellation
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 2 days prior to the check-in date will incur no charges.
- Late Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made within 1 days of the check-in date, a fee equivalent to the first night’s stay will be charged.
- No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
- Flexible Cancellations for Events: For event space bookings, cancellations made more than 20 before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Partial Refunds: Cancellations made within 20 of the event date will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the deposit.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations within 2 days of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
Dining Reservation Cancellation
- We request that dining reservations be cancelled at least 24 Hour in advance. While there is no charge for cancelling a dining reservation, we appreciate your courtesy in informing us in a timely manner.
Modification of Reservations
- If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability and applicable rates.
Special Circumstances
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we will consider exceptions to our policy on a case-by-case basis.
